Data and privacy
At Dokuzoğlu Properties we collect only the minimum data needed to serve you. Below we explain, plainly, what we process, why and where.
What we collect
Contact form: your name and contact detail (email or phone), and your message if any. For our tenants: tenancy agreement, invoice and payment records, contact details and the receipts you upload to the portal. We do not ask for age, income or budget.
Why and where
Your data is used only to get back to you and to manage the tenancy; it is not sold to third parties for marketing. Records are kept on Supabase infrastructure (Frankfurt, EU); email notifications are sent via Resend.
